Company Overview

April Health is a mission-driven healthcare organization that helps people access high quality mental health treatment through their primary care clinician. As the prevalence of mental health issues continues to rise, more people experience difficulty finding support, particularly in rural communities. At April Health, we make evidence-based mental treatment easily accessible and affordable through the collaborative care model. This team-based treatment model involves a medical provider and behavioral health care manager who coordinate the patient’s care under the oversight of a consulting psychiatrist.

Our success starts with our people. It’s why we’re so driven to connect passion with purpose. By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a rewarding workplace with a strong sense of community. We know that diversity makes us stronger. We are committed to a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages authenticity and fosters a sense of belonging.
